Our Program is developed by focusing on the child’s interests and development, enhanced and supported by staff. We incorporate Play Base theory and the strengths of other curriculums, such as Montessori, High Scope and Theme Based. This way we can offer children a well rounded and fun program to foster all aspects of a child’s development. We offer an Early Literacy and Math Program focusing on Pre-reading, Writing and Math skills and are able to do this in a fun and caring environment.
Our staff are chosen for their training and dedication to working with young children. All staff must have a Criminal Reference Check and continue to upgrade their skills by attending workshops and Quality First training sessions as well as attending yearly First Aid and CPR courses. Our cooks possess a current Food Handler Certificate and both locations have a full time supervisor. We are proud of the many staff we have with over 10 years of service at Munn’s.
